I found and hired a strong HRD in Refocus, thanks to which we built a recruitment team from scratch, which ensured aggressive business growth, at the peak of hiring about 30-40 people per month in extras (sales and student support) and about 30 people per quarter in the core team (marketing, product, operations)

Built and later formed a strong leadership team in Refocus. The team at its peak had about 100 people, and it served more than 12,000 students in 2 countries, while having outstanding quality metrics.:
- Student Satisfaction level **(CSAT) 97%+**.
- Response time to the student's request **(SLA): 1.5 minutes**.

I have twice assembled strong finance and legal teams that:
1. The Qmarketing Academy has successfully passed the **BIG-4 audit and the M&A deal** with the market leader.
2. Refocus has successfully provided ** infrastructure for aggressive scaling** companies in 4 jurisdictions (Cyprus, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore) and smoothly passed Due Diligence of venture funds.
